Facebook recently announced the integration of Messenger and Instagram Direct and is now updating the Messenger API. This means businesses will soon be able to respond to both Instagram and Messenger messages at the same time.
In addition, the Messenger API can be used to create chat bots with buttons for chatting in Direct. It will also allow you to send links, pictures, offer answers to the user, plus integrate personal correspondence with CRM.
Recommended: Jesica is an Instagram promotion app (from the creators of Instaplus.me). Install Jesica on your Android phone or computer and the app will like, follow, and unsubscribe as if you were doing it yourself:
- No blocks. The limits work as if you were doing it all manually.
- Safely. You do not need to enter a password for your account.
- High speed. You can put up to 1000 likes and 500 subscriptions per day.

The function of sending messages from Facebook Shops will also appear.
The new Messenger API is currently in beta testing. If you are interested in using the final product, you can apply for a waitlist here and developers can register here.
Previously, Facebook Ads Manager added additional creative optimization, and Instagram will allow you to set age limits for branded content.
