Facebook allowed events to be added to Stories

On the eve of March 8, Facebook launched a new feature: now you can add interesting events to Stories and invite your friends to go together.

How to add an event to Stories

  • Go to the event page.
  • Click Share.
  • Select Share to Stories.

Stories has a clickable sticker that displays the details of the event and also allows you to navigate to the event page directly from Stories. With it, friends can answer if they are interested in going. The user will see a list of friends who have responded to the event and will be able to start a group chat with them.

Facebook also added new stickers and frames to celebrate the upcoming March 8th.
