Facebook is testing new tools for small and medium-sized businesses that will allow companies to send mailings via social media. Adweek wrote about this, referring to representatives of the social network.
Companies will be able to download email addresses for mailing individually or using a file. It will be possible to create letters using an intuitive interface in Facebook itself. Submission and tracking of results is also carried out on the social network itself.

Testing companies will be able to access the new tools by going to the Inbox and then to the Marketing Emails tab on their business page.
