Facebook will add new tools and management features for groups, thereby encouraging communication within communities.
Group admins will now be able to format their posts by adding larger text, quotes, and bulleted lists. All groups will now also be able to use the mentoring feature, which allows administrators to collaborate on skill development or other support programs.

- No blocks. The limits work as if you were doing it all manually.
- Safely. You do not need to enter a password for your account.

Administrators also have the ability to easily inform members of why their post is in violation of the rules, sort past members by date range, and search by name.
The ability to create separate content and conversations for dedicated participants is also gradually being introduced. This feature was introduced last June but is available to a limited number of Facebook partner groups.
These are small steps, but they can help make groups a more dynamic, active part of your site.
