Facebook will choose which messenger to show in ads

 

Now advertisers can run ads, with a go to Messenger, Instagram Direct or WhatsApp messages. Now they will be able to choose all the messaging platforms on which they are present and the system itself will choose which messenger to show in the ad, depending on where the dialogue is most likely to take place.

In addition, Facebook will soon allow companies to add a WhatsApp button for chatting to their Instagram profile.
