Instagram has announced several new features for managing comments and controlling mentions. Updates will be available to all users in the very near future.
Let’s talk about the upcoming changes in more detail.

Bulk delete Instagram comments and block haters
On iOS: To delete multiple comments at one time, click on the comment and then on the three dots in the upper right corner. Select “Manage Comments” and select up to 25 comments to delete. To block multiple users, click Advanced Options to block or restrict access to selected users.
On Android: To block or restrict accounts on Android, press and hold a comment, tap the dotted icon and select “Block” or “Restrict”.
You can pin up to 3 comments in the top under the post.
This function can be used to mark the best comments or to continue your text.
There is a new privacy setting that allows you to limit users who can tag your account with mentions. You can allow everyone to tag you, only those you follow or no one at all.
This will allow regular users to block mentions and exclude those who send spam using bulk tags.
Recall that earlier Instagram launched the “Support Small Business” sticker, and also added the ability to launch challenges.
