Instagram has allowed the use of trade tags in videos in the Reels tab. Also in Reels you can create branded videos and tag them with a special tag.

With the help of trade tags, bloggers will be able to tag products directly in Reels. By clicking on the “View products” button, users will see the products from the video and can immediately place an order without leaving the application.
The new feature will allow creators to monetize videos in the Reels tab, as well as another step in transforming Instagram from a social network into a full-fledged e-commerce platform.
Reels and Shop tabs appeared in November 2020, but not in all countries.
Previously on Instagram, disappearing messages appeared in Direct, as well as a new shooting mode – “Level”.
