The Instagram photo-sharing app was unavailable for more than half an hour yesterday at around midnight Moscow time. This has been noticed by American users, TechCrunch reports.
At this time, they have 4 hours in the afternoon – the time when the peak of visits to the popular social network occurs.

The app ran fine, but did not update the feed and users were unable to scroll through the pages. Posts and stories that were cached could be viewed. Some users were unable to send messages. The web version of the social network was also not available and gave a server error.
The problems have been fixed for some time.
