Instagram has always been careful with the data that users share with it. Now the developers have decided to give more control over the data that you provide to third-party applications and services.
For example, some apps and sites offer you to import photos from Instagram or leave a link to your page when connected. In this way, you provide them with some of your profile information. Now you can manage the list of third-party sites that store your data yourself.

How to use?
Instructions for using the new function are simple: in the account settings, click the “Security” button, then “Applications and sites”. This section shows active and expired subscriptions.
Here you can delete all active applications and sites that store your Instagram account data.
