TikTok has been experimenting with a new notification system over the past few months to give creators a clearer understanding of why their videos are being deleted.
TikTok, more than other platforms, is forced to moderate content to protect young users. This pushes TikTok to be more careful and leads to the removal of more videos.

The company said that while testing new notifications, the number of repeated violations decreased, and the number of visits to the Community Guidelines almost tripled. Also, the number of requests to appeal the removal of videos has decreased by 14%.
Based on these results, TikTok is rolling out updated notifications across all regions.
Now, when a video is removed for violating the platform’s policy, the author will receive a specific explanation of which point of the rules was violated, as well as a simple option to appeal the removal of the video.
The new notice will include a link to a specific rule for asking for detailed clarification. Users can click “Submit an Appeal” at the bottom of the screen to appeal the decision.
Additionally, when content is flagged as causing harm or suicide, TikTok will provide access to expert resources through a second notification.
Earlier in TikTok there was a new function for creating videos – “Stitch”, as well as data about the audience of the application in the US and around the world.
