TikTok has begun testing a video avatar tool that will allow you to create your digital avatar from selfies.

In the testing phase, the Avatar feature in TikTok will allow you to choose one of the appearance templates and then edit it.

The process of creating an avatar is similar to creating Memoji on Apple’s devices and besides using it as a picture, avatars from TikTok will react to movements and reproduce emotions.

Perhaps the arrival of digital avatars in TikTok will be followed by the launch of a meta-universe, which is now a priority for many companies.
