Twitter allowed switching from algorithmic to chronological feed: now you can view tweets by the time they were published. To do this, added a button “Show recent tweets” in the upper right corner, reminiscent of a constellation.

Twitter feed was originally chronological. In 2016, the social network made it algorithmic like Facebook in order to attract users and increase engagement. At the same time, it was possible to return to the chronological feed by changing the settings.
Now there is no need to fiddle with the settings – you can use the new button to quickly switch between ribbons. This way, users will be able to track important news updates and reactions to them.
The update is available on iOS, and will be released on Android and web a little later.
