Twitter added the ability to customize cover pages for lists.

Now, when you create or edit a list on Twitter, you will be able to add a picture (banner), which will be located above the list. Let’s figure out how to do it.

How to make a Twitter list cover

You can add your own image when creating or editing a list in the web version, as well as in the Android / iOS application. The recommended size is 1200 by 400 pixels.

To add a Twitter listing cover, follow these simple steps:

Step 1… Create a new list or open an already created one. Click “Change”.

Step 2… Click on the camera icon with a plus sign and select a picture on your device.

Step 3… Crop the image to the desired size.

Done! Now, when viewing the list itself, a picture will be shown in the header, and when viewing all the list, a thumbnail will be displayed next to the list name.

At the moment, Twitter is working to focus on lists and topics, and expand the platform’s capabilities beyond following individual users. Last September, Twitter added the ability to pin your lists as an alternative to the news feed. In March, this feature appeared in the Android application.
