You can now manage community messages directly in the VK mobile application.
The main screen of the group now has a section “Messages”, which displays the number of new messages. To reply to a customer, tap a section and a list of dialogs will open.

How to receive messages from the VKontakte group to the phone
If you haven’t turned on messages yet, you can do it right now, even on your phone. Go to Community Management, go to the “Messages” section and select “Enabled” as shown in the screenshot.
Advanced features, as before, are available in VK Admin.
