VKontakte has added a new section to the community settings. Now “Articles” can be used as the main or secondary block in the group.
This means that the social network continues to develop. article editor and expands its capabilities.
What the “Articles” section looks like in the VKontakte group
When visiting the group, the user will see a section called “Articles”. It shows your last two articles: title and thumbnail.
When you click on an article, the material itself opens. When you go to the section, you will see all published articles. Next to each article, it shows the date and time of publication, as well as the number of views.
All articles of any community can be viewed by entering: vk.com/@________ in the address bar of the browser and specifying the group address.
How to put the section “Articles” in the main block of the group
New section “Articles” is available for registration of a group in VK… For example, it can be selected as the main or secondary block.
To do this, go to “Settings – Sections”. We find the points where you can select the main or secondary block. Click on the desired one and select “Articles”.
How to hide or remove articles in a VK group
If you don’t want your posts as articles to appear at the top of the group, just change the main and secondary block in the settings.
Select, for example, addresses and discussions, or any other section.
