Google Ads has added the ability to target TV screens, game consoles, and Chromecast and Apple TV media players for YouTube ads.
According to Google, users watch an average of 180,000 hours of YouTube videos on TV screens every day.

How to set up YouTube ads on TVs
The “Devices” menu of targeting settings in Google Ads and Display & Video 360, along with desktops, smartphones and tablets, now has a “TV Screen” category.
Soon, all advertisers will be able to set or adjust bids for showing on TV when setting up advertising campaigns. TV statistics will appear in reports.
