YouTube tests profile cards with all user comments

Video hosting YouTube is testing “profile cards” – using them, channel authors will be able to view the history of comments of any user. Thanks to the innovation, channel creators will be able to identify active viewers and those who came for the sake of trolling.

On the “profile cards”, all user comments will be displayed.

By clicking on the name of the user who left the comment, the author of the channel will be able to see his comments on the channel for the last 12 months. Comments under the video on third-party channels cannot be viewed. At the moment, clicking on the name opens the user’s YouTube page.
